WEB DESIGN:

Mystmaria, Inc. has had the privilege of creating both business and personal web sites. Our main goal is to design a web site through your vision. Our initial consultation consists of, but is not limited to:

• Themed Logo - Most companies already have a logo concept. We can design your pages by using similar colors and style to match your company logo, or we can start from a color palette. After determining the colors of choice, buttons, bars and other themed images can be discussed.
  
• Web Site Layout - We will provide you with different layout samples. These samples will include layouts already displayed on our portfolio. From here, we can determine what style best suits your business needs.
  
• Main Pages - Web sites are never "finished products". Every site start with their "main" or "core" pages. These core pages will be our concentration of design and content.
  
• Images and Content - After we determine the core pages that we will be creating, the content and pictures will be discussed. Although themed images like bullets and bars are discussed first, sometimes additional pictures that relate to the business should be placed on specific pages to make the content more attractive and colorful.
  
• Pricing, Follow-up and Follow-Through, Deadline - Typically, once a project plan for a web site has been created, we can begin the creation process within the next two to three days. Once we agree on the payment terms and pricing, one-half of the total price is due before the project begins. The other half will be due upon project completion. Since every aspect of the web site will be discussed in this initial consultation, follow-ups will be determined by you, the client. We know that running a business is tedious and hectic so we do consider our client's time important. Progress updates can be sent to you as often as you request them to be.

Pricing: There are various businesses that offer these type of services for greater or lesser pricing than Mystmaria, Inc. Our promise to you is we will not stop working until we satisfy your vision. Listed below are our rates for basic design services.

3 page site- $250.00
5 page site- $450.00
7 page site- $550.00
9 page site- $650.00
10 page site- $700.00
* Pricing for additional pages will be determined between Mystmaria, Inc. and client(s).

Web Space Options:

We currently do not provide clients with web space. Below are some options available for you.

Free Web Space: Some vendors offer free web space for start-up businesses/organizations and personal sites. If this is the option that you choose, we will set up an account for you on one of the sites that offer free space. (Tripod, Geocities, Homestead, etc.)

Paid Web Space: There are HUNDREDS of vendors that offer web space at different rates. Mystmaria, Inc. will give each client three (3) quotes/recommendations. The client will then decide which quote best suites their needs. Web space can be purchased on a monthly or yearly basis.

Domain Registration: There are various domain registration sites now available online. We will provide you with three(3) quotes/recommendations that best fit your budget.

Web Site Updates/Maintenance:

Once your core pages are completed, additions and updates are to be expected. The updates on your web site is an anticipated part of the growth of your business. We are here to serve your needs. Any and all updates that you deem necessary can be done in your schedule of choice. Noted below are just some scheduled and contracted update options, with their corresponding pricing:

The pricing above reflects updates on current web site design, content revision and image additions. If the type of updates needed fall under our "Additional / Optional Services", pricing will be determined between the client and Mystmaria, Inc.
